Mahindra And Mahindra — dissatisfied service | |||
I sonu sharma ([protected]) bought tuv300 t6+ (Dl8cap7184) from mahindra and mahindraa lajpat nagar on 10/01/2017 after few months i had an accident on 07/02/2018 and the car was damaged so i gave my car at the workshop on 26/02/2018 and they didn't replied with the status of our car until and until we went to them. We went to them on after 3-4 months there reply was give us 2-3 days more and after 2 days i went to the workshop there the service advisor - amit saini was looking into this matter and i picked up my car from workshop on[protected] after 3-4 months keeping the car with them they had changed the orginal battery of the car, car was very dirty, they didnt even washed it or cleaned it and other parts of the car were also being changed, it was so shocking for me that keeping the car for 3-4 months and still the original parts weren't placed in the car I would like to do a complaint regarding the services provided to me by mahindra and mahindra and service advisor-amit saini was niether very co-operative and i am very much dissatisfied with the service provided to me by mahindra and mahindra, as it will be very difficult for me in future to buy a car again after seeing all these services provided by the dealer. I request you to look into this matter as i want all the orginal parts of tuv 300 t6+ as soon as possible as the battery waa changed now our car is not working properly.
