[Resolved] Mahindra And Mahindra — fake assurance of parts available | |
Sir i live in almora and my xuv 500 bumper was damaged before lockdown.. I contacted mahindra's service centre haldwani (Uttarakhand) regarding the same... I was assured that they have the front bumper and i should come to the centre to pick it up.. I travelled 100kms from my place to the centre and today they dismissed me by saying they had some confusion regarding the bumper and they cannot provide me the same.. Yesterday i contacted several times regarding the bumper and they kept saying that they can provide me so i made the pass on an emergency basis... This was highly disappointing and i want you to consider this report and take some action against them. Thank you Was this information helpful? | |
