Mahindra And Mahindra — Faulty infotainment system and unethical behavior. | |||
Hi, I purchased Mahindra XUV 500 considering it to be a great company. This is my first Indian car and till date, I have never had issues with my Innova / Santro / Duster or Verna. The car was delivered by NBS Mahindra, Andheri (W), Mumbai and since day one, it has issues with Infotainment system. Despite various escalations to the company, even to Mr. Sarbhjot Chadda, the issue is not resolved, even after 45 days and various visits to the workshop and NBS office. I am surprised, even the GM of the company is unable to help, despite various requests. One feels cheated with this kind of behavior. Was this information helpful? | |||
