Mahindra And Mahindra — Harassment for complaining | |||||
Hi, i had complaint against a employee of sikkim motors (Mahindra & mahindra) almost couple of week back to the managing director of the company (Promod dalmia) regarding over charging for repair of vehicle. He assured me of taking up the issues n wind it. He spoke to his gm and asked to return the extra cash which i had played. I got the amount back and after few days (I. E today) i went to mahindra workshop to change my clutch plate. It was totally harassed by the workshop by not issuing the mechanic. Finally i got the mechanic but again they gave my mechanic to another vehicle. When i protested they again gave the mechanic but again after 10 minutes they took off the particular mechanic. This thing went for 4 times n after that i complained to managing director of the company but he too did not cared about it. I even messaged him regarding the matter but he too didn't reply. I felt cheated and humiliated by sikkim motors.. As c consumer my voice was even not heard by the managing director. So i would like to complain regarding this matter n i would like to be taken strictest of action and i was haressed and humiliated more then ones.
