Mahindra And Mahindra — Highly disappointed with the Koncept Mahindra Mohan Cooperative Delhi

I am writing this email with utmost disappointment from my recent experience at Koncept Mahindra Mohan Cooperative, Delhi.

I am a proud owner of Mahindra KUV 100 (vhcl No: DL 10CT 2341) the vehicle is registered under my Brother's name Mr. Atique Ahmed.

On 5th of December 2022, I was driving from Budaun to Delhi and on the way I met with an accident, fortunately I was safe but my car got damaged enough that I had to get it by towing. (the images are attached for reference)

The car was fully insured by future generali and sent to Koncept Mahindra for the complete repair the very next day. The issue was attended by Mr. Rahul ([protected]) at Koncept Mahindra Mohan Cooperative.

Now they kept inspecting the vehicle for many days and then shared with us that they have made an estimate of around 2.5 lacs for the complete repair, as soon as the insurance company approves we will start the work.
The insurance company probably was deciding to count it under complete damage, but Koncept Mahindra negotiated with the insurance company and reduced the estimate to around 1.70 lacs.

They took over a month to deliver the vehicle, that too with incomplete and unexpectedly unsatisfactory work done. with the promise that I should drive the car for a few days and observe if everything is alright and if anything is missing will be done by Koncept Mahindra.

There are the following points I would like to highlight:
Vehicle has CNG on paper, since the car is fully insured, I was supposed to get everything damaged completely repaired, but they removed all CNG wiring and there is part called ECM was damaged in accident they did not arrange it either and asked us to get it done from outsite, which costed me another Rs.15000/- which was not even refunded to me.
Every now and then the car parking lights start blinking while driving (as the bonnet fitting is not right)
Engine had weird vibrating sound
Car locks making weird sound, and driving side door stopped locking with remote
Handbrake is not working
On the front, beside the fog lamps there is round cap which was supposed to be covered but it was not (pic attached)
Quality of paint didn't look original (it doesn't shine like the original paint)
Right side headlight has some spots in it, maybe they used the used products (pics attached)
Fuse box fitting is not proper (pic attached)
Engine shield is not placed (pic attached)
Quality of chrome below the bonnet is extremely poor
We contacted Koncept mahindra multiple times and shared these issues, but there is no proper response, the service centre asks us to contact the bodyshop and the bodyshop asks us to to contact the service centre.
Even Mr. Rahul did not respond, and his behaviour wasn't good at all.

Meanwhile, since I was facing a problem I identified that the engine was taking air, which means the engine was damaged too, how can they be so careless and let their customer suffer?

If they had taken the car for the complete repair they should have given me after the complete work is done, if the insurance company wasn't ready to pay the estimate for the complete repair the Koncept Mahindra should not have worked on it at all.. How can they just get the partial work done just because they wanna make profit out of it.

I can now totally understand why the estimate in the beginning was 2.5 lacs and how it was reduced to 1.7 lacs, they simply reduced the quality of work and left many things unrepaired. It was all Koncept Mahindra's careless attitude towards this work because of which I am facing problem.
Firstly, I had to manage without a car for over a month, my travels were planned, I managed with a rented car, and when I came back from my trip and saw that my so-called fully repaired car delivered by Koncept Mahindra was in no condition to use.

I am highly disappointed and I never knew that Mahindra's service could be this bad.

I am seeking a strict action over this immediately, and waiting for a fast resolution, I want my car as it was previously, they can't be going this careless and get away with this.. I am fully prepared to escalate this issue further if not heard even here.
