Kindly refer our email dated 20.05.2017 in which we have stated that our vehicle Bolero bearing No. UP81 AL9130 sent to you for general servicing & A.C repairing to your agency twice. Vide bill No.RBR18A000157 Dated 08.05.17 Rs.13935.00 and Bill No.RBR18A000179 dated 13.05.2017 Rs.4575.00. We specially mentioned the complaint regarding the faulty working of A.C of the vehicle. In last occasion when vehicle was send you regarding the complaint of A.C and it was ensured by the company that the fault of A.C has been removed now and it will not trouble anymore. But we are sorry to note that the problem of the A.C could not be trouble shooted and the defects noted in the first visit is still persisting. We would like to highlight that we are leading institution in banking industry having more than 25 vehicles get serviced in your company. We once again sincerely request you that you are a esteemed & pioneer name in automobile industry and hope that our problem of A.C. should be trouble shooted satisfactorily.
