Mahindra And Mahindra — i am complaining about warranty issues and service issues | |||
My son owned a mahindra zylo - h4 abs (* str) with engine no mlh4e14599 and chassis no maipt2mlxh2e49547. Veh no tn 72 bh 3399.in the name of my son mr. Balaji r Body type saloon. Purchased on 7th august 2017 and for the abs lighting fault was there during mid - february 2019. As the vehicle is under warranty, on 18th feb 2019 i have been informed that the abs cable sets will be replaced at foc and they are arranging to get the cables. On receipt of the cable it was replaced. When the replacement is over, a new issue raised and i was informed that the intermittent services are not conducted and hence the computer is ot accepting the warranty. I am just asking, for the sake of arguement, when the service centre was closd at tirunelvely for few months, what was the alternate arrangement done for cstomers service requirements. I request, do not link with your service with your warranty deals. I feel it is unfair. Was this information helpful? | |||
