Mahindra And Mahindra — I'm complaining about doing fraud in showroom | |||||
To whom it may concern I have bought xuv500 w6 dated on 28/2/2018 my first servicing was done on 21/4/2018 at 5000km by that time everything was ok but today at 10083km my vechile started showing that my front brakes are burn out when I came to showroom they said brake oil is low they put oil then they went for test drive after that they said that the brake lines have to be changed when I said that how come my brake lines finished on 10000km and company says to change at 30000km they said ok we will manage it then after few hours when I went to see my vechil I saw that they where fixing local break line when I asked is this the original one they first said yes but when I took pictures of it then they started saying that we didn't have original in stock that's why we r fixing local line when I said why did u told me before then they said that we thought we will tell you after work I want to say that if I shouldn't have noticed that then they will have charged 4500rs from me and again after 1000km same problem will have persuade. I have left my vechile in showroom and give a written complaint and took one copy of receiving wich I'm attaching to you to take a strict action against the showroom and owner they r playing with the life of innocent people Thanking you Jitendra kumar singh Was this information helpful? | |||||

X[protected]IND is the reimbursement claim number for road side assistance. I contacted Mahindra Road side assistance 1 Feb 2018. May 5 2018 now, and Still no clue about my claim. I contacted custom service many times, but in vain. Can anyone in Mahindra help me to reimburse the claim of just ₹ 5000, please ? More effort for just ₹ 5000...
