I've given my xuv 500 for service on 10th nov at hosur sks division with a complaint of non working of lcd panel. They promised me to get it checked and fix it back with in 10days. But, it's been 1 month now and i'm yet to get my lcd panel back. When i checkd with sks, they are of no clue on the whereabouts of panel and still saying it would take another 1 week.
I'm surprised how such a great organisation like m&m can manage their partners and least bothered about customer concern.
Pls take this up seriously.
