[Resolved] Mahindra And Mahindra — improper handling of india garage service center | |||
Dear sir, I am from chennai. Gave my tuv300 for a 3 rd time repeat service for center locking. They said they needed time and gave me a standby vehicle xuv500. It met with a small accident back bumber was hit and the pesron who made mistake said he will pay back, go and apply for insurance. We informed india garage and all of a sudden they say that the replacement car had only 3rd party insurance so no claim can be done. Also they are putting all costs and all they can. Now they are saying to pay 35000/-. We took it to a outside mechanic. He saw and said bumber would cost 8700 and painting 5000/-. We accepted to pay for bumber and requested india garage to pay for painting. As the car they are giving should have proper insurance. If something happens to me inside the car, who will be responsible. I made a complaint on 9th november cf[protected]. Today is 16th november, called 3 times to customer care. They said they will call me back, but nothing happened. Kindly respond asap as the india garage is threatening us and they are not repairing our car also asking to give back xuv. Mahindra should know whats happening with their service centers as this is outrageous. Kindly do the needful. Was this information helpful? | |||
