I have experienced fraud billing and cheating by tvs mahindra, kochi in my last 2 visits to the service centre.. The bill has been artificially inflated by exaggerating damages. Pathetic service by tvs mahindra, vyttilla. This is nothing but daylight robbery!! This is poor ethics and mismanagement, while m&m top management gives glowing lectures on csr in major platforms. Typical fraud routine as below. We give car by 10am. Advisor will quote rs6000 for servicing. We go back to office. At 2pm we receive a call, saying there is a serious damage to a vital part (Gear, clutch etc.). We become panicky as this is a vital part. Bill is 18000 by evening. Bill no.
