Mahindra And Mahindra — insurance and claiming, false promises, and fraud charges | |||||
My vehicle rj 14 ur 9442 got damaged on 10th of april 2018 far from my home, i contacted mahindra dealer somya vehicle, dewas balance, indore, m. P. The same day that if they will repair my vehicle on cashless basis, they accepted, den from last 4 months they are just making things that parts is not available and when finally the vehicle got repaired they made a bill of approx 3 lac in which their were arts which was not included in any of the two estimate provided by them. I asked them to put it and after that they were asking me to pay all the amount as they had not tied up with my insurance company... Initially they have accepted that the vehicle will be repaired on cashless basis.. But now they are delaying it by saying you have to bear all the expense and will have to take the amount from insurance company... I had a worst experience with somya vehicles.. I strongly advice any mahindra vehicle owner.. Don't bring your precious vehicle to somya.. As they not only miscommunucate every thing,, their staff and support team don't care for your money... They just want to make profit from the customer pocket, by hook or by crook... I am not coming to somya in my life Was this information helpful? | |||||

I had order a kuv 100 tshirt on dated 9august 2018.they also cut payement from my account but its almost running one month did not get product not even any update after mailing 3times.I will complain now to consumer forum against m2all.
