I am a proud customer of xuv 500, who wishes to avail all services through mahindra authorised network only. Recently i made a payment of more than 50 k (Consolidated) for extended warranty and insurance renewal and got a manual receipt only for insurance and not any certificate for extended warranty from tvs mahindra service station in vyttila, ernakulam.
I found this manual voucher valid/acceptable to any authority for a month and then after needs the original copy. I am warned first time by police using the manual and contacted your insurance team in palarivattom using a number by online search and got a committment to issue the originals, within 2 days, its been 10 days i am not supported with same
