I have purchased KUV 100 K6 vehicle from your Kottarakkara Showroom and the same was delivered to me on[protected]Copy of RC attached). The vehicle was delivered with a remote key and with an additional remote less key. Now the outer covering of the remote key was broken because of the poor quality of the rubber used for its manufacturing and I am unable to use the key now (Photo of the damaged key attached). When I contacted Mahindra service center at Kollam (Mr. Sunil), they told me that I have to bear the expense of Rs. 3000/- or something as the value of the duplicate key. It is not justifiable on your part. The damage of the remote key was happened due to manufacturing defect (Poor quality material and poor craftsmanship) and not because of mine. This will underestimate the high esteem of Mahindra and Mahindra and it will tell upon the good name of your company. So please do the needful to rectify the damaged remote key of my vehicle and supply me with a duplicate high quality key.
