Mahindra And Mahindra — Machinery (Air Conditioner) Failure twice within a span of 9 months from Purchase | |||
Name of Customer : Mrs. Madhu Lalchand Choudhary Mobile : +91 - [protected] E-Mail : [protected]@yahoo.com I had made a purchase of Mahindra XUV500 W8 in the month of October 2014 and ever since I had a firm belief in this Indian SUV manufacturer but my belief was shattered when the motor of the air conditioner in the car failed within 6 months from the purchase. However, in order to restore the trust and belief the company replaced the motor without any cost to me. Now, today i.e. 17/07/2015, the same part (motor) of the AC has again failed. Failure of the motor has occurred twice since my purchase and as such now I have a feeling that I have been given a defective product. When I got in touch with the workshop, the representative has said that it is quite difficult for us now to re-replace your motor without any cost to you. As such I am very disappointed and I demand a replacement of the particular part of the car and if this can not be done. I am no other option than to demand a total refund or a replacement of the car. Was this information helpful? | |||
