This is wrt to the Car in the subject MA03 MU 8041 purchased on 28th Oct 2014, done about 22K Kms and one fine day stopped in the middle of the road. it is 3 weeks since the car is in the service station for Battery replacements and for ever pushing the date of its return, During the SALE, BIG PROMISED WERE MADE THAT REPLACEMENT CAR WILL BE PROVIDED IN CASE CAR HAS TO GO TO SERVICE STATION FOR MORE THAN A WEEK !
All promised are now forgotten and I am now stranded w/o a car and paying huge sums of money to travel to office and back . A company like Mahindra does not have any technical automatic ways to test the battery and each battery is being manually tested by draining it and recharging it, thus delaying the whole process . Initially no one in Sireesh Auto even bothered to keep us informed on what is the issue and how long it will take to repair .. now they are delaying it for ever . My STRON FEEDBACK, PLEASE DO NOT GO IN FOR Fully AUTOMATIC CARS specially Mahindra E2O !
Now, can some one come back to me on when and how I can get my car back which is still under 5 years warranty from Oct 2014 ? Was this information helpful? |
