I own mahindra nuvosport car purchased from nbs international however from day one i am facing issues
I gave the car for first service and nbs confirmed to me that they changed the oil and coolent however later i had to change the same again at a petrol station
From day one i have complained about blue tooth voice not working for external party... Every time they say they have fixed it however problem still persists.
Worst happened when i was travelling to nasik two weeks back when suddenly the auto gear shift stopped working and when i pressed brake car slowed down but a4 gear was not shifted to a1.
Luckily i stopped the car on the side of highway and closed the engine and again restarted then somehow i reached nearby hotel and parked the vehicle. Next day luckily hotel staff helped me connect with you dealer in nasik who came to hotel and took the car and checked and told me he has reset the auto gear shift software.
After that i came back.
Fed up with nbs second service i went to salasar auto in thane last week
Salasar made wait for 3 hours for taking car for servicing and i was observing from the waiting room that relationship manager's not so busy as to take my car took 3 hours
I listed them some 15 items including dipper not working, automatic gear fault warning light displayed, rear right side window glass not sliding up apart from oil change suspension etc
However to my utter shock they charged me 20000 rupees and none of above 4 things have been fixed
Now when i am travelling to outstation i can see the gear fault light on and i am afraid my life is at risk.
I decided to go for indian car only on the basis of appeal by our prime minister appeal to support make in india however now i repent as this my 45 the car and never i had encountered such problems with any cars within first 6 months of buying. Was this information helpful? |
