I am daughter of Mr Manish Mathur. We gave our car in the Mahindra Service Center named KS Motors, Jhotwara, Jaipur, Rajasthan on 11th March 2023 for AC Servicing. My mother drove the car to the service center. They kept the car and asked my parents to leave it for a few days. After 2-3 days when we again asked them about the car, we got a reply that it is not staring due to some reason which they are finding out. My whole family got irritated as it was disturbing our daily lives. We were not getting any clarity on what has happened to the car or what did the staff doing with that car. The staff was just telling us that they are working on the car and the car will be again working in 2-3 days. I tweeted this incidence to Mr. Anand Mahindra but still haven't got any clarity. Today After more than a month their staff is telling us to pay 60000 for a part so that the car starts working. I and my family has been going through a depression. I want my car back in the working status. Why are we be paying 60K when we gave our car in the working status. We want our answer.
