We have a mahindra scorpio getaway regn. Date[protected] registered no. Hr22l0130 chasis no ma1ty4bylf2c27632. It’s 4 wheel transmission was not working and operational via switch. So we visited our nearest mahindra service center p. P automotive pvt ltd.in karnal, haryana. They changed some of its parts and charged rs 29600/- dated[protected]Invoice is attached herewith). But after a few days again the 4 wheel transmission stops working and also a 4wd symbol starts reflecting in the odometer even when we do not switch to 4 wheel transmission. After the incident we again visited the pp automotive pvt ltd service center on 26-6-19. They checked again for 3 days and released the car on[protected]Gatepass is attached herewith) saying that they are not able to find out the problem and can’t resolve it.
We kindly request you to take action against the dealer why to charge 29600/- rs when the work was not done properly.
We would also like to request you to rectify the fault in our scorpio getaway at the earliest from any other service center other than pp automotive pvt ltd. Otherwise we will take legal action against the dealer as well as the company for fraudulent and treachery with the customer.
