I called for service pickup for my mahindra thar gj5jr3476 on 6-3-2018
My job no.1079084 (Have attached the bill copy below for the same)
After requesting a list of things i wished to be serviced :
Service according to company manual
Fix hand brake
Fix back door zip
Fix passenger side door lock knob
After keeping my car for more then 10 hours the person communicated details on phone to a office employee of my.
On my arrival when i checked the bill they already charged me for a hand brake wire which they did not fix
Matting of my car were missing
They charge me for a full car service and on a thorough check my car suspensions were still squeaking.
On asking about the problems they kept repeating the same that they would
Pick my car again in next two day and for hand brake i am suppose to pay in advance.
* and on asking about my paid and extended warranty of 2 years they tried to show technical process and limitation of being a franchise of mahindra where i was never informed about the same before pick up*
What should be done???
