This is to inform you that i have had the worst experience while getting my var serviced from Raj vehicles Mahindra Patiala. They never answer any of my queries over the phone. They have no idea how to fix the chassis plate and i have to go several times to pay them a visit for a single problem and that too it’s unresolved. Also, if there’s a manufacturing problem in glove box then why don’t you change it and look for warranty period. I have had the same problem since more than a year but due to covid I couldn’t pay a visit and now this agency want me to extend the warranty period to get it fixed.
This is unacceptable and i have recommended lot of friends to go for Mahindra which i regret now as the journey is smooth with mahindra until its in warranty. Please get this resolved to change my perspective for Mahindra.
