The worst experience I have ever had to go through after buying Mahindra treo. I had to go through a charger replacement of 4 times within 5 months of purchase. Not possible to keep the auto for charging during rain. There is waterleak to the dashboard which so dangerous while charging and it also effects the charger. There is so much delay in charger replacement which is effecting a daily wage of a poor man who he is feeding his family. The customer service or the repair service is the worst anyone could experience. People are so rude and does not take responsibility for a defect product for a which a person had spent around 3 Lakhs. When complained about the water leak the service people are asking us to build a shed. Will mahindra take the responsibility of cost of building it. We want Mahindra to take responsibility for their carelessness and to refund our money.
