Sir, I am from tarn taran . My name is s.sarabjit Singh . I was buy a mahindra Tuv 300 from Amritsar universal motors on 4/ 1 2017 . After 7 days I got a bad smell from my car while driving . I make a call to company and got non responsible answer he said it's normal complaint this is oil burning smell. But after few days i got gear shifting problem . When I shift 4rth gear to 5th gear it's goes in back gear. And now 1 day ago I was going for where with all family I got smell again a lot and after smell we see a lot of smoke coming from bonnet of my car . I complaint again they got my car there and talking to us as a non responsible person . They are talking about to open the engine and repair it but we want to exchange my car with a new car so plz help me ... Was this information helpful? | |||||

Feb 02, 2017 Dhwanil Patel's response Customer ID - C13A003393This company has shown complete arrogance and unethical behavior towards me as a customer. I own an (XUV 500) and have given for servicing many times in the same service center, every time post servicing there is one new problem that comes up and is not resolved. I am forced to pay extra for the fault that is not even mine. I have noticed exchange of parts from one car to another in their service stations and this is very ridiculous. To mention a few are (horn, reverse cam, light bulbs, tape, etc.) Recently I have given my car for servicing under insurance to change the backside bumper which has reverse camera attached to it, and they changed the bumper but the reverse camera is not working now, plus after this service the tape volume roller also stopped working. I dont understand how a service and a bumper work can fail the volume button and the camera. I have also complained to the customer care of mahendra and that also stays unanswered. Worst service and worst company car to buy. | |||||
