This is bhavesh mohan gohil a customer of yours who've booked a mahindra tuv300 t8 mt and also is done with the billing having a due date of delivery on the 21st of september. The issue is that your general manager mr. Ashish patel commited us to give accessories worth rs.5000/- along with all the benefits. Until than as i decided to have my car insurance done from outside ur people is saying a no for the free accessories because i've not got the insurance from ur company & thats unfair. Nothing as such was told to me that if i dont get the insurance from mahindra i wont get the accessories. So i believe to have your full support for the same & hoping that mahindra keeps up their promise. Hoping an urgent revert back for my concern. Please find the attached invoice for the same.
