Ref: Mahindra Verito Vehicle - TN 66 E 4221 - ref: repair order no RO17D000603 dated 07.11.2016.
I have faced self starting problem with my vehicle and dropped vehicle for service at T V Sundaram Iyengar & Sons Pvt Ltd (Authorised service station) No 141 Rajiv Gandhi Salai, OMR, Chennai - 41. I requested to complete my 50000 kms service along with the said complaint rectification. They have done the 50000 kms scheduled service and they said some parts have to be ordered which takes time. Then i got the vehicle delivered on 26th October 2016 stating that i ill drop the vehicle to service again after the parts arrived. Then after parts arrival i again left vehicle for service on 07.11.2016.
Even after 5 days the service station could not locate the problem. They told that ordered spares have been changed but still the problem not rectified. They are not sure about the problem and are attempting it on trial and error basis.
I have never expected such things from a reputed company including the authorised service station which makes me highly dissatisfied. They have also told that the laptop for fault finding is with India Garage and hence planned to get from them tomorrow to rectify the issue.
I believe that the service station are not sure about problem and they are not properly trained for it. You are making us inconvenient by making them trained with the customer vehicle. Now i need to pay the amount to that useless replaced parts also.
Make necessary arrangements to rectify the problem as early as possible. I trust that company will help me to get the problem rectified by providing necessary technical support. Was this information helpful? |
