I am 12 Years Old Mahindra Customer and have purchased 3 cars of Brand Mahindra and presently using - Mahindra XUV 500, bought in 2013. Car Number- UP14BZ 8008. 1. Car was running well and is being serviced by your Authorized Agency- Shiva Motors- Sahibabad from day one. 2. Due to good service provided by Company, I extended Warranty for additional years for Approx Rs.26K. Car is still under Warranty. 3. In last August 2017, after running 85000KM, I was reported by service agency to get clutch plates replaced to which I agreed and they were replaced. COMPLAIN- 1. After running of 11000KM, Shiva Motors- Sahibabad (U.P)- your service agency, again want to replace Clutch Plates and blame me that Clutch Plates Are Burnt, I am driving it from last 5 Years and when first Clutch Plates has run for 85000KM, how come this New one could run for only 11000KM. Shiva Motors have already Sent Request to CCM, to replace Clutch Plates Under Warranty, But there is No reply from CCM. 2. Car is still at Service Agency and they Ignored to replace Clutch Plates in Warranty, This is My Request as Car has been in Warranty and Clutch Plates failed in only 11000KM, it should be replaced in Warranty, as Car is Under Warranty. 3. I’m submitting Bills of August 2017 Attached here where I got replaced Clutch Plates for paying full money. Kindly instruct Shiva Motors to Replace Clutch Plates and Cover Under it in Warranty.
