I have brought mahindra xuv 500 w11 vehicle on 29/may/2021
my car met with an accident on 24/june/2021. We dropped at kurnool mahindra service station on the next day. Its been 4 months now and vehicle not yet delivered and they are struggling to deliver us, i requested the team to take necessary actions and i think it is not repairable, i request to kinldy exchane with a new vehicle as soon as possible,
iam paying regular emi for the car which iam not using since 4 months and bcoz of delay in service.If it is not repairable they should have discussed with insurance team and replaced with other one, can any one guide us how to proceed Was this information helpful? |
