Respected sir, Warm greetings. I wish to inform you that I own Mahindra Cars since from 2001. We don’t have any trouble with your previous cars. But now we purchased a new car Mahindra XUV 500 Auto from SKS Automobiles, Salem in the month of March 2016. We are having more complaints in this car and with the showroom. First complaint is, Front Engine Bonnet dislocated and engine sounds more when compared to our previous vehicle (Scorpio CRD, Scorpio Micro Hybrid & XUV 500 Manual) Second one is, Right side front door, mid door dislocated. This makes much noise inside the cabin when the vehicle is in moving position. Regarding this I informed two times the same complaint in SKS Mahindra Salem Showroom. But they didn’t attend my complaint and only oral adjustment is done. I am not satisfied with the service in SKS Mahindra Salem showroom. My car details as follows. Car Engine No. SPG4B22272 Model.
