I have purchased xuv 500 w11 variant in november 2019 from utkal automobiles, mancheswar, bhubaneswar, odisha. After few days my car was parked outside without cover and found hard water spots which was unable to clean due to rain. I called showroom staff, they advised to bring the car to showroom we will polish it and due to long distance i thought to give a try by ordering some polishing kit and do it at home. Which i tried and it cleaned. But after car wash, again hard water spots remain on glasses and also in chrome part as well as body but due to white colour it is not that visible on body. I think these glasses are not protected by rain repellent or not made for it. This is not possible that i will have cloth at all time to clean/wipe the glasses once got wet. I believe this is design issue, kindly replace all my glasses to avoid these kind of issues which really irritate. Was this information helpful? |
