Mahindra And Mahindra — manufacturing problem and services not good | |||
Dear Sir/madam My self bappaditya mondal, one of your coustomer. I was buy a xuv300, w6 model from rudra auto mart, asansol on 26th april 2019. I want to draw your attention to two things. Fristly, This car has some manufacturing problem which was life threatening for us.. A) its has lowest headlight power & thats resons it had difficult to drive mainly in highways, busy roads at night. Accidents can happen at any time for low light. Thats why i stopped taking the car out at night. B) when the speed meter raise over 100 the car was does not go along the road. Its difficult to control. So far i have been able to detect these problems. Secondly, As you know recently, a letter from the mahindra and some calls from the showroom was done to me for some work on the car.. I sent my driver on the specific date i. E 18/11/2019. After changing the some part of the wheel, they didnt do the wheel alignment of the car (Photo attached). When my driver asked for doing this, they replied him that when the car was come for servicing after 10000 km they will do it. My question was why would i wait for 10000 km when its you were called for this change. Will they pay any compensation for any damage to the car or the tire for that reason? You known its was my dream car as well as my frist car but today i think mahindra has deceived me, because they provide the car which has life-threatening issues & the servicing part of the showroom was not good enough.
