Grievance Details : Calling Number of the Consumer:-[protected], Name of the company:- Mahindra & Mahindra, Model:-Mahindra Marazzo, Vehicle no:-DL10CL4468, ENGINE NO:-JZJ95136, RC No:-DL10CL4468, Amount:-15, 00, 000/-(Approx) Dealer/Service center name and address:-Shree Durga Automobiles, Address:-Dwarka, New Delhi, pin-110075 Grievance Details:-According o the consumer he has purchased a four wheeler of the Mahindra & Mahindra company on dated 12/10/2018 from the authorized dealer named Shree Durga Automobiles..But after 4-5 months of purchasing the vehicle he found some technical problem with Engine & AC..Further consumer consulted with the customer care of the company and went to the dealer..And from the last 4 months consumer did more than 17 times servicing but still consumer persisting the same problem..Consumer sent so many mails to the company, but didn't get any satisfactory response from the company's end.. Expected:-Consumer wants the car to be replace with a new one from the company ASAP.. BUT ABHI TAK bhi kuch nahi huaa bahut bar meri gadi company mai gayi hai ab ek ek weak tak wo meri gadi ko apne pass rakte hai kuch time think chalti hai phir koi or problem aa jati hai abhi meri 10 din ke baad di hai lockdown se pahle usme fuel pump or nojal dale hai or abhi wo problem ase hi hai. or abhi tak meri 21650 hi chali hai or gadi le ke baad abhi tak jab meri gadi problem ki wajeh se workshop par rahi hai 60000 se 70000 thousand cab mai kharch ho chuke hai sir/madam please meri gadi ko change kara do.Expected:-Consumer wants the car to be replace with a new one from the company ASAP.
