Mahindra And Mahindra — mobile tracker not given paid 9500 / excise dealy payment / no services | |||
Dear Sir, I have purchased MAHINDRA TUV T6 Vehical No MH04 HN 3087. In Dec 2016 from Thane Mumbai. I have very poor experiences from mahindra. 1. My car is T permit car I have send claim for Excise refund to your Mumbai office 4 month ago. But till Date I have not received Excise refund. 2 Along with car I have order car tracking device mobile tracker I have paid money for that. Your company fail to deliver me Tracker. In the mean time your Thane Dealer Global Galleries get closed & No body there to take care of customer. Or refund of Tracker money Rs 9500. Very poor customer service for vehicle since service station also get closed. If your company is not fraud kindly resolve my issues because even after many calls to your customer care, not a single time you have shown curtsy to reply any of my complaint. In this situation I have force to go consumer forum against Mahindra & Global Galleries to complaint. This is very frustrating & annoying thing for brand like mahindra & mahindra not able to give service.
