I bought a new ScorpioN MH 04 LL 8686 which is 10days old.My car meet with an accident for which took it to Mahindra authorised service centre for repair and insurance claim, thier i came to know that my car doesn't have a valid insurance.
I was shocked, reason my car is registered and as far as my knowledge Vehicle don't get registered without a valid insurance.
RTO site is showing insurance I'd of reliance general that was provided by the respective showroom at the time of delivery.
But on reliance general website or customer care it's showing not valid.and when workshop guys checked in system to raise claim it's showing invalid.
Nanavati Mahindra Vasai team is not supporting even after constant follow up.
I think I have been cheated.
