A week ago my car is picked up by service centre representatives for service, but when they return my car after service, car has many issues un-attended and i have again spoken to service centre and then they again picked up my car, at after 7-8 hours service centre manager and her representatives called me and requested me some more time to resolve the problems, but when I forcefully asked them about problems then, service centre manager Asha Bawa told me that my car is accidented by her employee, and they will change all damaged parts on their own cost, they ask me to not to worry they will help me out, they sent my car to me after changing damaged parts but when car came to me, i had noticed many other damaged parts, when i asked about these damages then they again took my car and assure me to replace these damaged parts by next day, but now Asha bawa calls me and refused me to change the damaged parts and ask me that hi employees said that they had not damaged these parts but, accepted about the accident. Please take action against this service centre and change all my car’s damaged parts . Or otherwise i have to file complaint at consumer court Was this information helpful? |
