Dear Sir,
My XUV 300 W8 Reg.No.UP32 KV 6004 was sent for Second service at 9635KM to Narain Automobiles on 12/10/20.
Apart from regular necessary requirement I had also complained about the problem in the driver seat but sorry to say it was not rectified.
Again my car was picked next day but still the problem was not solved and I was given assurance that new seat has been ordered and will be changed within 2 to 3 days, which till today it has not been done eg 23/10/20
Further since 2 days my speedo meter has started giving warning alarm of service due in spite of the routine second servicing done on 12/10/20
I have complained the service station about it but no action has been taken yet.
I am very sorry to say but how will you compete in this compitative market with such poor service from your channel partners.
