Mahindra And Mahindra — Non supporting dealing staff at Body shop

I purchased XUV 300 last year in the month of Jun From VC Motors Rooma Kanpur and now in the month of Feb one impact took place on the exhaust pipe due to which vehicle sounds abnormally. I visited to ahow room first, they suggested to visit body shop. Today i did same and one person named Avinash told me to leave the vehicle at body shop for 20 days as the part is not available at body shop. I want to know that this small problem for the big automobile company like mahindra is seriously exist in this way.. If its true as per today's senario, i really regret to say this that mahindra is not an efficient agency to tackle their customer maticulously.
