[Resolved] Mahindra And Mahindra — not resolve the complaint not cleaned properly | |||
Hai I was left my xuv500 for first 5000kms when i reachd service centre service advisor was there i showed him its not cleaned properly its visible they made one dent then he cane with technician i think may be he is denting technician he tap and made one more dinch after all the drama service advisor took pics of dent and left the place said will see what to do. And there was a complaint with brake noise its as it is there. Once he left the place he was disappear. Then my self take out my xuv from front of reception if you want please check cctv footage after 10days onelady calked for feedback then i started all stories then she said sorry for the inconvinience we will rise the issue afterwards no one called us again after one week one gentlemen called me he is from xuv feedback team it seems he also said same thing so to whom will have to contact and get proper service Was this information helpful? | |||
