My Alturis G4met with accident on February 13and was towed to vD motors Hanumangarh. IT has been four agonising months.While their was insurance delay in settling the claim people at Hanumangarh kept on delaying repair work on one pretext or other.Customer care of Mahindra was contacted twice ingap of one week They appointed an employee who could not contact me for a week as he was travelling.Petty reasons like this added on causing delays.I was given April 30as date of delivery by VD motors .Mycar is repaired since may 28 but absurd formalities regarding insurance Today is June 7.No remorse and usual callousness prevails
Insurance of car was done by Mahindra agency Amritsar.Absolutely NIL help was offered to me by insurance team
