To whomsoever it may concern,
This regarding a new buy of Mahindra TUV 300 T8 on 31st Oct on the name of Nikita Agarwal, vehicle no MH04 HM 6567.
We have booked this car in 4th Week of Oct and our pathetic sales representatives name was Mr. Nitin and his TL Mr. Sumeet from Infinity Autolink dealer in Vikhroli LBS. I have a list of complaint which is as below...
- Mr. Nitin is been continuously giving us false commitment and he has no solution to any damn query what we have asked, whatever request was made to him there is always a negative from his side.
- It was we who were calling him and asking the status over the car but there was not a single incoming call from him to show any concerns, car was decided to deliver on 31Oct but no timing was decided, so we were expecting a call on 30th but he had switch of the phone and I have to visit this stupid showroom to check at what time we will get the car.
- Car was suppost to be deliver by 10:30 but he did all his slow process and gave the car by 1pm.
- Car was not all washed there were finger prints of workers from inside, above all this illiterate stupid sales guy has that odesitiy to tell me that if it was not done properly then you should have said us we would have done it, if this was the case then why the heck do you even wash and give it to customer, we can go to 3M and do the needful.
- Insurance was not provided to me on that day, even for that I had to follow up with this called Mr. Nitin and then he gave me after request.
- During every initial discussion there was a common query that will this car be delivered on time and can it hit the road but there was a issue of number and registration as it was festive season, Mr. Nitin said if you buy a number and pay extra we can do the things faster and it will cost extra 10000/-, I did the same thing at 5000/- from RTO and gave the reciept to him but still he wasn't able to create the CRTM and register the vehicle.
My car is standing on parking for past 1week and this Infinity Autolink illiterate executive are only saying sorry and not able to help us further.
If this was suppose to happen then why the hell did I paid extra to RTO 5000/- as this same work could have been done by normal procedure by TC number, I paid this extra money so that my vehicle can be in use for outstation.
I am the only one who is following up with your sales exec for every issue there has been 0 attempt by him to solve customer query, this whole week I am being calling this Rude sales guy Mr. Nitin and reminding him about registration of vehicle and he is been giving me commitment everyday and not fulfilling.
In this whole discussion there is Mr. Sumeet who is suppose to be the most incompetent TL I have ever met in my life span who is knowing about each and everything but botherless to step in and and take charge, even he was suppose to call me but he royally ignore and reply us that he will call back but there is no revert from him. So at times I feel there is no point in saying Mr. Nitin as his TL is useless to train and Handel escalations.
However I have bared immense loss due to Infinity Autolink and would want to cancel the whole deal and want my money refund, we are complaining about this whole issue in nearby police station and also going present that copy to consumer forum.
This mail or appeal is to take serious action in these stupid illiterate incompetent sales guys so that no other customer face issues like me.
Would expect a revert on this as I am handing over this vehicle tomorrow to the showroom.
