Mahindra And Mahindra — Poor service after charging for it and then blaming customer

My TUV 300 was given for servicing in the month of March 2022 dated 30th for servicing . According to the dealer and the bill made, I was charged for oil change too . Again the car was given for servicing overall as we wanted to take it for long drive . After just a day of servicing we got into trouble on the way and had to get the car repaired in a roadside garage . We again gave the car for servicing in Dec . The dealers never told us about any oil change and did not ask for it too but charged for whole . Again in Jan it was given for servicing .As it is a lady driven vehicle, it is not used regularly .and has travelled less distance . In Feb again the vehicle stopped on a highway and had to be towed to the service centre. Now the service centre blames us saying that oil was not checked so the engine seized . I don't know anything about car mechanism . The service centre should have taken care of it as I had given them the car for servicing and paid for it .
