Mahindra And Mahindra — poor service and non availability of spare parts

I have purchased kuv100 next from shuhul automobile last month and unfortunately had accident in the same week. After that i am approaching the shushul automobile srinagar for spare parts but always getting same answer that spare is in transit 🚌 and not yet available, now requesting the service team kindly do the needful at arliest. From next onwards i don't think that i will recommend any one for mahindra any more
