Dear Sir/Madam,
With above subject to the reference, I Nitin Ghodke owner of Mahindra New Thar Vehicle no MH20 FY 9777 dropped to above mentioned Showroom on dated 23th April 2022 for Insurance claim.
I have got confirmation of vehicle insurance survey done on dated 26th April 2022 by Ratanbrabha, Aurangabad Showroom. Showroom service manager informed me some spare parts not available with showroom and we will arrange the same within in week.
I Would like to draw your attention that, continuously following with showroom for my Vehicle work to be done. But the service manager answer is the same and we are arranging the spare part as well as spare part is not available with the company and company itself not providing particular spare part.
Kindly note that I have registered complaint twice with Mahindra & Mahindra customer care on dated 14th Apr 2022 & 06th may 2022.
I am not satisfied with the continuously all reasons and excuses given by them.
I would appreciate it if you could organize spare parts to Ratanbrabha, Aurangabad for fixed my vehicle without further delay. As I am sure you can appreciate, I rely on my car for my transport from the inconvenience, this problem has also caused me to incur additional cost to me.
I look forward to resolve my problem amicably. If, however the matter is not satisfactorily resolved by 20th May 2022, I will consider taking further action to resolve the complaint either through customer Protection or through court.
