Mahindra And Mahindra — poor service quality resulting to damage of car

I purchased my tuv300 last year from royal motors kolkata. I am satisfied with the car. But the service quality which i experienced is pathetic. Last month i sent my car for third servicing to mohan motors service centre in kolkata. One person came to collect the car from my office, he was very nice, he explained me about car and i agreed to do rubber quoting colouring at the bottom of the car, he told me that if i do the colouring then it will take two days time to deliver the car because they will do the coloring in the evening and it will dry whole night and then next day they will deliver the car. I agreed. After the car reached service centre someone called me and told me that the front light of the car is very low and i can increase the light by changing the wiring and bulb, also he requested me to add fog light, which i agreed and asked him to do it.
Next day i got a call from service centre that my car will be delivered to me at 3.00pm. Also received so many messages about delivery time. I reached service centre on time and spoke to service advisor he told me everything is completed and we are ready for delivery, i was very happy. Then he showed me the car, when i touched the bottom to check the color then i found it is wet and the service advisor explained me that the color has been done 1 hours back and it will dry after some time. After talking to him understand that they forgot the job last day so done before delivery. I refused to pay for this kind of service and asked him to talk to his manager.
Then i checked the lights which was newly fixed but found one bulb is not working, again he called one electrician then he checked and rectified the wiring and then solved the problem. I was waiting for 1 and half hours.
At the time of billing i found there is no charge mentioned for new lights, while asking they told me that the person responsible has gone out for some work so forgot to give the bill but you pay now and he will send the bill after some days. I refused, then they started calling that person and after another 30mins they arranged a bill and the amount is also lesser, i was so angry that i told them i will not pay any extra amount for the bill. I paid all the bills and returned after 2 and half hours.
After approx 20days i faced another problem, starting problem. Car was not starting when i was mid of the road, i called toll free service centre number, and help of some local people (They pushed) i mange to start and came back home. Next day i called the service person (Who called me after calling toll free service number), he took my car to nearest service centre himmatsinka service. He checked and found the battery got damaged, there was not water in the cells. That means at the time of my last service the service person has not checked the battery and delivered without proper servicing thus the battery got damaged within 1years of purchase. I have done all three services on time followed the rules but now i have to pay another rs.6000 for new battery. Why i should pay due to carelessness of mahindra service centre. One thing you can notice in this big story of my experience that every where there was unprofessionalism and carelessness. Who is responsible for my battery damage? If the service centre could have done their job properly then this situation can be avoided. Requesting higher management of mahindra to solve my problem and ask the service centre to refund the money of new battery.
