Mahindra And Mahindra — poor servicing of my car (xylo) cause an accident as well as heavy damages in car | |||
I sent mail to customer care (M&m) as under but regretfully that even after lapse of 24 days my car has not been repaired yet and it is still in breakdown condition at authorized workshop of mahindra & mahindra i. E m/s kiran automobiles pvt. Ltd, panta (Bihar). On 29th may 20019 i asked you for an appointment to service my vehicle (Xylo e4, vehicle no. Br 01 pc 6891) as the quality of driving/riding was not comfortable but due to huge rush in your authorized workshop m/s kiran automobiles pvt. Ltd. - mahindra dealer, i got appointment for 3rd june-2019. All the problems related to my vehicle were told to your service manager, as much as i could understand (Disc break, clutch plate, hand break, over-heating etc.), and for the rest of the problem i requested for the test drive. After the completion of test drive by your specialist, in my absence, i have been suggested to change the “cross & center bearing” to control the vibration of vehicle at the speed of 110-120 km/h. And due to these additional major works, the vehicle can be delivered after 1-2 days, accordingly the vehicle got repaired on 5th june-2019. I was told that you had carried out a “full service”, had diagnosed overheating and vibration of vehicle in high speed and had put these right by the charge of rs. 32, 169/-. After this, it has been observed that in order to achieve the speed of 100 km /h, i had to use the accelerator 100% which may direct cause overheating of vehicle as indicated in digital meter/dash board. The kiran automobiles pvt. Ltd. - mahindra dealer whom i called out confirmed that in their opinion the fault (Overheating & vibration) which you had originally diagnosed and was supposed to have been put right, when my car was being serviced by you, was the direct cause of the vehicle breaking down. As usual, i received a feedback call from your workshop in which i raised my un-satisfaction of vehicle servicing as many of the works were not tackled a mentioned under jobcard, copy attached. Again i have been informed to visit workshop/garage to reexamine the vehicle but it was not possible as i was out of station. But it is important to ask you that why the vehicle was not tested after the servicing and before releasing on road.?? On 15th june 2019, i was coming patna from jamui (Self driving) it has been observed that the vehicle was getting heated every 30-40 kilometers, due to which i had to sprinkle water to cool the engine every time. The problem of overheating was increased after servicing of vehicle, i informed the same to your workshop but i got appointment only for 17th june-2019. Thereafter i filed a complaint on toll free number dated 16th june 2019, 8:23 am and gave information about all the above incidents. But unfortunately the vehicle met with an accident in the evening of complaint date i. E 16th june 2019, 6:50 pm and was transported by the crane services to your another authorized workshop m/s kiran automobiles pvt. Ltd. - mahindra dealer situated at zero mile, nh-30 In a nutshell, the whole thing of fetching the overall details as well as the damages of my car is only due to negligence of your service team.in within few days after the service, the vehicle developed serious faults [overheating], rendering the vehicle unfit to drive and an accident due to sudden off of engine. Considering the facts stated above, i humbly request you to look into the matter minutely and get my problem solved at the earliest. The repair of damages is not attributable to me.
