I am a New Customer of Mahindra, I preowned a car of FORD. I am still using the same car and a happy owner of the same. I recently booked my second dream car Mahindra XV500 on 17/09/2015. After a long wait and a vigorous follow up with your dealer, The car was delivered on 26/10/2015. At the time of delivery I found power window switches are not working properly. Immediately reported the same to dealer. Response for the same from dealer was “we haven’t completed the PDA Check yet”. I was requested to leave the vehicle with your dealer for two days to complete PDA check and rectify the problem’s. And I got it back on 03/11/2015. To my worst surprise I could see none of the problem’s got rectified. TO MY UNDERSTANDING THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALERSHIP AND RETURNED BACK AFTER WATER WASH.
The worst happened on 04/11/2015 when it started raining heavily. WATER STARTED LEAKING THROUGH THE ROOF ANTENNA AND ACCUMULATED IN INTERIOR ROOF LAMP. TO MY UNDERSTANDING DUE TO THIS LEAK WHOLE INTERIOR ROOF MIGHT GOT DAMAGED.
I FEEL CHEATED BY MAHINDRA ON DELIVERING A COMPLEATELY FAULTY PRODUCT. IT IS REALLY PAINDUL TO DIGEST AFTER INVESTING MORETHAN 13 LAKHS ON YOUR PRODUCT. BECAUSE OF THESE ISSUES THE VEHICLE IS NOT YET PERMANENTLY REGISTERATED. I KINDLY REQUEST YOU TO TAKE BACK THE VEHICLE AND REFUND ME THE MONEY.
