Mahindra xuv 500 purchased in october 2015 1.) vehicle reported for low pickup and check light glow three times ran around 60000 kms. Every time reported problem now charged rs.3900(for vacuum modulator), despite as informed by mr. K gurunathan that part is replaced u/w in 2017 and it again failed now, poor part quality. 2.)several times informed service center(ddpm dehradun) that while wind shield wipers were in use water gets splashed on rhs ovrm which results in ovrm jam, every time had to move it manually to fix it on it's position, every time they say that we have done oiling and it will be ok now but it gets in similar position after day or two.And now they asking to replace it's motor which will cost rs.8500. 3.)there are several other issues like water leakage in cabin from sunroof, cabin noise. But worst is when i approached mr. K. Gurunathan (pccm mahindra) he was too not helpful, had to say that these things really create doubt regarding quality of product and it's after sale service.
