This is to bring to your attention that i had bought a mahindra bolero from ig (India garage) in mysore. Reg no ka09c7822.

I had given my bolero truck for service @ authorized mahindra hinkal service center in mysore, in which such a horrible experience that adviser and managers have no response towards customers that they have not done any of the work on my car neither washed and vacuumed of my car and such a irresponsible adviser he knows nothing technically & wasted my 2 days time to carry out 1st free service & adviser had misplaced my vehicle service booklet.
Resolution :
1. Req to return my truck service booklet
2. Washing and cleaning
3. Requested job not done.
Kindly resolve the issue at the earliest.
