I have purchased XUV3OO W8 (O) - Diesel variant, on 16th Nov'21 from Nanavati motors, Surat, Gujarat & am quite happy with it's performance.
The reason for writing to you is I am having two issues:
1. Rattling sound in cabin
2. Bluetooth connectivity is lost many times.
I have heard that Mahindra service is very poor, but to my surprise, I got a very good response from the service center over here & the GM has personally looked into the matter. But unfortunately the problems are not solved. They say that the sound we are hearing is common in all the XUV3OO cars (I have confirmed the same by driving another new car at the service center), but this sound irritates me & makes me uncomfortable while driving!!
Also, I am a listener of old songs while driving, but since bluetooth doesn't work at times, I am not happy.
I have spent my hard earned money on this car & I should be happily driving it!! Can you pls look into the matter & let me know what can be done? Is the sound permanent & are you aware of it? Was this information helpful? |
