[Resolved] Mahindra And Mahindra — received damaged vehicle after company recall for updation | |||
I am suyash an owner mahindra xuv 300. In november company recalled my xuv to service center korba (C. G) for updation. But when i recieved my vehicle it got a big cut in the left rear tyre. I have immediatly contacted the service adviser and he recalled the vehicle for inspection and collected the damaged tyre. After inspection they are asking me to pay almost 16% as they were saying tyre got runned 16%, so i have to pay them. But why should i pay if i gave ok condition tyre to service center and recive the damaged one. Was this information helpful? | |||
