I booked Mahindra Thar dated 15 April 2021 and cancelled it on 16th of April, 2021 due to waiting period and relocating plans. I called and informed that i had cancelled it and i requested them for refund over phone as well after a while.
I again called them on 1st week of may requesting for refund, however they were again stating me to wait until 20 working days were over since date of cancellation.
I called them once again on 13th of May for refund and this time i was requested to call the dealer which i chose online on their portal https://auto.mahindra.com/myaccount/view-all-bookings and they asked me to get the information from some Manager.
Therefore, i want to sue them for harassing me as for booking payment, it takes 2 seconds to deduct the payment of 21000/- INR from my bank account, and after 1 month they are least bothered if i had requested for refund.
I really admire Mr. Anand Mahindra, CEO of M&M but i really am disappointed with the system implemented. I hereby seek Consumer forum for any assistance.

Mahindra are doing a disservice by not providing prompt refund to their customers.
I am also a harassed customer. After one month no response.
Should more Consumer Court and get refund with interest for the six months .
